Honourable Mentions:

The Edge Restaurant: located in downtown Sooke, they serve creatively prepared delicious simple and affordable foods that everyone will enjoy. The menu features rare breed pork from their farm, fresh local seafood, awesome burgers and homemade ice cream.
They are open Tuesday - Saturday for lunch 11:30am - 2:30pm & dinner 5pm-8pm.
The Pointe Restaurant at Wickaninnish: With over 240 degrees of Pacific Ocean viewscape this place is arguably the best Tofino restaurant and a must-go eatery on Vancouver Island. Their focus is on farm fresh, organic and local ingredients. Fish and chips battered in Tofino Brewery beer? Yes please!

(Bronze) = Amuse Bistro: Located in Shawnigan Lake and embracing local ingredients. Open Thursday to Sunday (dinner & lounge) and Saturday and Sunday for lunch.
(Silver) = Stone Soup Inn: Located in the Cowichan Valley, the small menu is only served three nights a week based solely on what chef Brock Windsor has foraged and sourced in the morning from his garden and neighbour farmers, fishers, and bakers. Open Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 10pm. It is also a bed and breakfast!
(Gold) = Sooke Harbour House: Daily menu changes featuring local seasonal organic cuisine with a focus on seafood, an award winning wine cellar, and one of the best fine dining restaurants in Victoria and on Vancouver Island.
