Photo of the day: Max & the bullhead swallowing Garter snake (Nanaimo)
While taking the dogs for their usual walk down near Living Forest Campground , we came across this decently sized garter snake. Max was intrigued! Then we noticed it had a rather large bullhead in it's jaws! After a few sniffs from Max the snake slowly swam away with it's lunch firmly gripped in it's mouth!
